Brian Stucky
Vice President, Decision Management
As Vice President of InScope’s Decision Management practice, Brian is responsible for delivering business rule methodology, implementation, and governance solutions to InScope Solution’s Federal and Commercial clients. Brian has nearly two decades of experience with business rules, processes, and intelligent systems. He implemented and managed business rule development efforts in a variety of domains including the secondary mortgage market, credit card marketing and processing, and mutual fund portfolio analysis. Brian also co-founded two companies that specialized in the design and implementation of intelligent systems. At Freddie Mac he served as the Enterprise Rule Steward where he led the business and technology strategy for business rule development across the corporation. Brian’s efforts to integrate business rule management systems in Freddie Mac’s selling system resulted in a 2005 ADT Innovator Award in the category of Component-Based development and being named a finalist for a 2005 Mortgage Technology Magazine 10X Award. In addition, Brian was an invited speaker at numerous business rule conferences and forums over the past two years.
Brian graduated with Departmental Honors when he received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Kansas. He was also selected for membership in the Upsilon Pi Epsilon Computer Sciences Honor Society. He then earned a MS in Computer and Information Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
