The Basics
Health and Wellness – We offer three options for members to choose from; HMO, Point of Service or PPO through United Healthcare. Advantages include low co-pay, deductible, and prescription drug costs. Dental is provided through Lincoln Financial Group and preventive procedures are covered at 100% with no deductible.
401(k) / Roth – The 401(k) and Roth plans offer you the opportunity to contribute up to the IRS maximum combined allowed per year. Several diverse funds are available. InScope matches a portion of your 401(k) savings plan to help supplement your retirement savings.
Profit Sharing – A program designed to award eligible employees a portion of the company’s profits.
Just in Case – InScope Solutions provides, at no cost to the employee, short and long term disability should you become unable to work due to an injury or illness. And you receive a life insurance policy equal to one time your base pay (up to $200,000).
AFLAC – In the event of income loss due to an unexpected injury or illness, we offer AFLAC insurance and policies include Accident, Intensive Care, Indemnity, and Recovery plans. These are pre-tax benefits.
Holidays – InScope observes nine paid holidays per year.
Bereavement Leave – If needed, employees will receive two days of paid leave in the event of the unfortunate loss of an immediate family member.
Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) – Should the need arise for time off for the birth or adoption of a child or for a serious health condition, you may take up to 12 weeks of unpaid family leave during any 12-month period.
Work Life Balance
Paid Time Off (PTO) – Employees earn three weeks of accrued PTO and increases to four weeks on their three year anniversary.
Flexible Work Schedules – Depending on the nature of the position, InScope provides flexible work schedules and work from home options.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – You will have access to confidential assistance with day-to-day issues and includes 24/7 telephone consultations.
Exercise – We believe that one’s health and wellness are a direct contribution to productivity. InScope will pay a portion of your health club membership.
Money in Your Pocket
Salary – InScope recruits top talent and therefore pays its employees top salaries. Salaries are reviewed annually during performance evaluation periods.
Spot Awards – All employees are eligible for discretionary bonuses awarded at the completion of a project or contract year for exceptional performance. This includes successful completion on time and within budget; level of effort expended; and new, useful ideas or implementations that lead to efficiencies or cost savings.
Employee Referral Program – Refer qualified individuals to InScope and you may be eligible to receive cash for each referral we hire. Non employees are also eligible to participate.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – Employees may set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified health and/or dependent care expenses. Employees may elect to set aside up to $3,000 for health expenses and up to $5,000 for dependent care expenses during a calendar year.
Credit Union – You may join the Corporate America Credit Union and receive all banking benefits, 24-hour online access and discount home and auto insurance.
Pre Paid Legal Services – Take advantage of access to quality legal services, which include will preparation, contract review, identify theft protection and more.
Discounted Homeowners and Auto Insurance – Offered through Liberty Mutual.

Mobile Phone – Employees may be eligible to receive a company iPhone.
Laptop – Everyone also receives a business class, high performance laptop with everything to do their job.
Growth and Recognition
Education – We invest heavily in external education programs that enhance professional development and job-related skills for employees. Each year, employees participate in paid professional courses, conferences, seminars, and/or online training programs. When applicable, employees are reimbursed for professional subscriptions, memberships, or books. We also strongly encourage and support staff who write for and publish in professional or peer review publications and/or present at conferences or seminars in their areas of expertise.
