Dan Albarran
Director, Enterprise Software

Dan is Director of InScope’s Enterprise Software Solutions practice, where he is responsible for projects involving application development, enterprise integration, data architecture and management, and industry solution customization. Dan brings over 13 years of management and software engineering experience to InScope. Dan is also responsible for the implementation and design of InScope’s successful Project Delivery Framework combining industry best practices, ISO 9000, CMMI goals, and professional experience.

Dan possesses a wealth of knowledge in multiple disciplines including project management, services oriented architecture, technical software design, complex computing, process management, data warehousing and enterprise decision management. Dan has extensive experience with financial and risk-based systems from his experience with Bayview Financial and Freddie Mac. At Bayview, Dan managed the development of many of Bayview's business technology initiatives and served as Vice President of Portfolio Analytics. While at Freddie Mac, Dan managed the implementation and deployment of a complex n-tier system that removed significant operational risk in their guaranty fee business. He holds multiple professional certifications and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Dan earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
