Gary Struzik
Vice President, Finance and CFO

 

Gary serves as CFO for InScope, with responsibility for the banking and financial operations of the company. Prior to joining the InScope team, Gary was retained by MCI, Inc. (formerly “Worldcom”) Corporate External Reporting, to provide capability in crafting Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, assistance in completing restatement of financial position and implementing internal control procedures to meet the rigors of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of AMEN Properties, formerly Crosswalk.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMEN), an Internet content integration and media start-up company. Prior to AMEN, Mr. Struzik held positions of increasing responsibility over 18 years with Unisys, the last of which was Director of Accounting for the $2B Defense Systems Division which was acquired by Loral Defense Systems in 1995.
