Jenifer Pape
Director, Human Resources

 

As Director of Human Resources, Jen is accountable for corporate programs, practices, and employee relations. Jenifer joined InScope with over 12 years experience in Human Resources and over five years experience in Operations. She has worked for both start-up organizations as well as large companies and in many different industries. Prior to joining InScope, Jenifer worked for Accenture where she provided leadership to a team who managed human resource operations for a government agency. In addition, Jenifer worked for Verizon Avenue; first in corporate Human Resources and then in an operations capacity managing a provisioning and help desk support team of over 80 people.

Ms Pape earned a BA in Organizational Management from Concordia University; River Forest, Illinois. Jenifer and her husband live in Leesburg with their four children.
