Kevin Cassidy
Director, Operations

In his role as Director of Operations, Kevin has overall program management responsibility for InScope’s commercial solutions and managed services operations. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that the goals and objectives of our clients, partners and employees are achieved on each engagement. Kevin comes to InScope after having served in both technical and business leadership roles for over 15 years in the IT industry with companies that include AT&T, Verizon and OnePoint Communications. He has considerable experience with large scale business process and enterprise architecture initiatives, and has been a guest speaker at enterprise architecture conferences.

Previously at Verizon Avenue (a subsidiary of Verizon), Kevin was the Director of Management Information Systems. In this role he built Verizon Avenue’s MIS group having responsibility for the subsidiary’s application development efforts, corporate reporting and all corporate Internet/Intranet sites. He directed initiatives to successfully automate the provisioning process and to develop several corporate applications supporting e-commerce, sales, contract management, finance and network management. Additionally, he led a company wide effort to migrate all reporting to an enterprise business intelligence tool suite. Prior to his tenure at Verizon Avenue, Kevin was the Director of Resale Provisioning and the Director of Western Region Operations for OnePoint Communications where he was accountable for provisioning, tier II customer care, field operations and carrier relations. Kevin started his career at AT&T where he served in various management and technical leadership roles which included Manager of Application Architecture for one of AT&T’s business units. Kevin has an MBA from Georgia State University, an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
